Everybody ages but aging seems to happen more rapidly after injury or surgery or even after 30. This class introduces the concept of easy movement strategies (also known as Aston Kinetics) to help you feel better, look better and live better without stressing out and going to the gym. This is exactly what to do between morning yoga and falling into bed.
