Or maybe you've thought, "I don't actually know what I want." Since we need a place to start, we might as well start where we are. So it's good to notice if you're in your body--or not. When we feel "spacey" or "in our head" then we're not connected fully to our bodies, and so we have less internal resource. So how do we get grounded so we can take a next step? If you've followed my blogs then you know getting grounded, and knowing your Base of Support is one of my favorite topics. So try step one:
